   Hello,

   Rented a few bikes from you on the July 4th weekend in Napa. Ryan was great to deal with (thanks again), however I’m frustrated by a few issues.

   1. The bikes were in terrible shape, and locks were not given to us when they were dropped off. By mile 10 I had to stop and keep asking people if they had tools on them because my handlebars had come loose to the point they would collapse completely forward, or backwards. When I called the shop the next day to advise you guys, the guy on the phone just claimed ignorance and said he’s ‘never seen that before’. I used to mountain bike quite often, and it does happen when the bike you have isn’t being serviced properly. I should have received a free rental for the issues it caused during our one day in Napa, not attitude.

   2. Just checked my visa statement… you guys charged me twice. So not only were the bikes in rough shape, I now have to waste my time tracking you guys down so you can go back and adjust your error.

   I’ll be going back to Napa quite often for business, and I would like to bring our staff to some wineries in the same fashion. However, at this point I’m not impressed, other than by Ryans courtesy during our time dealing with him.

     Hi James,

     I apologize for the long delay in responding to your posting. I’m also sorry about your bad experience with us over the fourth of July weekend

     We have taken steps to correct these problems including redoubling our efforts to make sure every bike goes out properly and is in good shape.
     I apologize for the double billing, its a glitch we have resolved

   Hi
   I wondered is it possible to rent bikes to go on a self tour or do you need to join a tour group?
   We are travelling from the UK, and hoped to rent bikes on monday 5th Sept for the day.

     We rent bikes our hybrids rent for $30 a day or $9 an hour. Please call our office if interested, 800-499-2453.
