Our most popular Sip ‘N Cycle takes you through the quiet and scenic northern Napa Valley. Cycle along famous vineyards and try world renowned Napa wines while enjoying stunning valley views.
We come together in Calistoga at 10:00am. This allows ample time to finish your B&B breakfast or make the drive up from virtually anywhere in the Northern California region. We then fit you to a Marin Hybrid bike along with a helmet, bag, and comfortable gel seat. Your guide goes over the “Rules of the Road” as well as how to operate the bike.
Your tour guide will talk about wine facts and local history as we travel the quiet country lanes to our first winery stop. We may enjoy a tour, barrel tasting, beautiful art, or food pairing at one of the three to four winery stops. The roads we ride on are fairly flat and easy roads, and we always try to avoid any traffic. At one of our scenic stops we enjoy a delicious Wine Country picnic lunch and take in the views before we head off to our final winery stops.
After our lunch, we return to our bikes rested and recharged. Our ride is framed by the Palisades Mountains on one side and vineyards on the other as we head for our next winery. After our final tasting we return to Calistoga, arriving around 3:30pm. Here we bid you farewell and thank you for riding with us!

Testimonials“Calistoga Sip 'N Cycle” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2014 NEW We had a great trip with Tommy. The equipment worked well; the lunch (gluten-free for me; gluten-full for my partner) was delicious. We were the only 2 people on the tour, which meant that we had plenty of time at each winery. After the tour, Tommy went around to the wineries to pick up what we had purchased. Highly recommended! “What a way to spend a day” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2014 Thank you Randy and Susan!!! What a fab day in Calistoga!!! We had a wonderful day and this was a can't miss trip. Had one of the best wine tasting experiences ever at Jericho Canyon. I have no idea how they got us to leave. Finished the day in a lovely shady garden in Calistoga with a few micro brews. It was such fun. Getaway Adventures was just as good today as it was 6 years ago when we first found them!
