The Barlow Center

In an area world renowned for its wine making, brewing, and culinary delights, the Barlow Center takes the finest examples of each craft and brings them together on one campus. At 12.5 acres the Barlow contains a multitude of venues at which to indulge, offering everything from sloe gin to fresh ice cream to handcrafted furniture. Artisan and artistic shops sit amidst the lively culinary locations, and almost anything can be found on site. In a nod to the agrarian roots of the area, the Barlow hosts many eateries focused on a sustainable, farm to table restaurant experience.

Wind Gap Wines– Interesting blends, such as their Soif, really give tasting a new look.

McPhail’s Winery – Pinot Noir with a flair! A must taste is their Mardikian Estate Pinot Noir.

Taylor Maid Organic Coffee– A local favorite is their Nitro Cold Brew.

Crooked Goat Brewery – Great beers; specializing in fruit flavors and creative IPAs. Very popular with locals.

Vignette– From the Barlow’s site: Chef Mark Hopper, former Executive Chef of Casual Dining for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. Making pizzas inspired by the best pies in Naples, Italy, traditional styles have been replicated for crafting Neapolitan pizzas, locally sourced salads and vegetable options. With a combination of unique and intriguing flavors, the menu continues to impress and inspire restaurant impresarios and guests.

Village Bakery– Home to our favorite source for bread on tour, the award winning seeded sourdough –yum !!

Community Market – Music, food, dancing and other great events- A true community market built around the community of Sebastopol.

The Tibetan Gallery and Studio: Located in the Barlow, this extra ordinary piece of art is two stories tall and the work of Tibetan artist Tashi Dhargyal.

A four year project that for many is the definition of meditation and focus, this ornate and meticulous piece is absolutely worth seeing!
