Help Us Help A Child In Need Of A Bike

Do you know a child in our Healdsburg community who is in need of a bicycle? If you do we would like to hear from you. We are now accepting nominations for our 2022 Holiday Bike Giveaway. Nominations must specify why the potential recipient is deserving of the bike. We want to make sure the bikes go to children in need who otherwise would not have a bike. We have 4 brand new 20" bikes and helmets that we will be giving away to 4 individual children, ages 5-7. How to nominate: Nominations may be submitted in writing via e-mail to [email protected] or snail mail to Getaway Adventures, 61 Front Street, Healdsburg, CA, 95448. No phone calls or self-submissions accepted. Recipient must reside in Healdsburg, CA and be the appropriate size/age to fit the bike. All submissions will be kept confidential. All submissions must be received by 11:59pm, December 21, 2022.
